The Shakespear Birthplace Trust - This a great site to look for information on the one and only Shakespeare. You will find a well sized biographical section here which tell about his birth, marriage, the lost year which he hasn't been accounted for, carrier, his last years at Stratford. This site is really user friendly site that I think can be very useful.

Shakespeare - Here you will find information about the man. The information here goes a little deeper than just birth, works, death, etc. but it is still like any other biography. It's easy to maneuver around and to understand the text.
